When you think about your event there are so many things to consider. Where should I have it, what food would everyone enjoy and how do I make this a memorable moment for my guests and me.

This event not only acknowledged another year of success in business but also commemorated a “One Year Cancer Survivor” celebration. The celebration was held outdoors on a warm summer evening. The picnic shelter provided the structure for floor length white linens with pink overlays. Guests dined on china for southern style BBQ, catfish filet and hushpuppies. Dessert was strawberry shortcake and pink and white “Survivor” sugar cookies.

And…it was a memorable evening - just as planned.
