Two Entree Buffets - Dinner
The
dinner buffet includes linen buffet
tablecloths, skirting of the buffet
table upon request, all paperware
needed, all serving attendants needed,
the choice of 1 salad, 1 vegetable,
1 potato, rolls and butter, coffee,
and iced tea or lemonade.
For a full-service buffet of china,
silverware, linen napkins, guest
tables set and beverage and desserts
served at each table, please add
$8.00 per person to above prices.
You may substitute
a 4 ounce boneless chicken breast
on any menu with fried or baked
chicken for an additional $1.20
per person. We can
prepare this item any of the following
ways: Grilled with Italian
Spices, Herb Baked, or Batter Dipped.
*All carved
functions require a carver. The
charge for this service is $90.00
per carver.
Surcharge may apply to certain
dates.
